Meet The Team
This team is responsible for equipment calibration and maintenance, developing calibration procedures, scheduling activities, performing calibration and repairs, documenting results, and maintaining calibration databases. Proficiency in mechanical equipment calibration, troubleshooting, and repair is essential. Support for process and equipment validation, as well as investigation of out-of-tolerance issues, is also required.
Where You Come In
1. Calibrate equipment such as scales, thermometers, humidity chambers, dimensional tools, and more.
2. Review documentation for accuracy and compliance.
3. Generate reports, update records, perform data entry, and maintain calibration records.
4. Install, troubleshoot, adjust, and repair measuring equipment.
5. Maintain calibration test equipment, work area, and lab environment.
6. Adhere to industry standards such as ISO-13485, ANSI-Z540, ISO-17025, and work within a cleanroom environment.
7. Utilize calibration software and follow SOPs, cGMPs, and industry best practices.
8. Work with ESD protocols and in EPA-controlled environments as required.
What Makes You Successful
1. 2-4 years of related experience with relevant certifications preferred.
2. Experience with calibration of various metrology disciplines and equipment.
3. Strong documentation review and data management skills.
4. Experience with calibration software and databases, such as Blue Mountain (RAM) or Maximo.
5. Previous experience in FDA-regulated industries and GMP practices.
