Director of Engineering
About the Position:
* As Director of Engineering and Supply Chain, you will lead and shape the engineering function within a dynamic organisation.
* You will work closely with product development, manufacturing, and global supply-chain teams to drive process development, product lifecycle management, cost optimisation and operational excellence.

* Lead process development for new products – embedding manufacturability requirements into new product design while ensuring smooth transition into manufacturing at optimal cost-performance criteria.
* Drive product lifecycle management by leading engineering innovation across internal and external manufacturing sites; sustain core products through reduced costs, improved operational efficiency, component design integrity maintenance.
