Chef de Partie Job in 4 Star Hotel
Red Chair Recruitment is currently accepting applications for an experienced Chef de Partie. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a well-established 4 star hotel based in Tralee, Co. Kerry.
The primary responsibility of the successful candidate will be to manage and prepare their designated section within the kitchen. They will assist the Head Chef in maintaining high culinary standards and producing exceptional dishes that enhance the guest experience.
* This role requires at least two years of experience as a Chef de Partie within a similar environment. A strong understanding of food safety standards, kitchen management practices, and HACCP procedures is also essential.
