Job Title: Personal Assistant to Director
Our organization seeks a highly skilled and organized personal assistant to support one of our directors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the director's schedule, emails, and day-to-day administration duties within the department.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting with administrative tasks such as calls, emails, and updating the director's schedule
* Managing stock control and packing/shipping of lots
* Meeting clients on a regular basis
* Assisting with travel arrangements and taking care of the director's expenses
* Auction set ups, viewings, and events
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. They will also be proactive, capable of working independently, and have a keen interest in administration and organization.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years of PA experience with great administrative and organization skills
* Great attention to detail
* Competent with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and InDesign would be a plus)
* Multitasking abilities, proactive, capable of working under pressure, and meeting tight deadlines
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* People person with the ability to be professional and helpful with clients in person and on the phone
* Punctual and flexible with later work hours on occasion
* Available full-time on site with occasional paid weekend work for jewelry exhibitions and deadlines
* Capable of working independently at times when the director is on regular business trips
Salary: Dependent on experience
