You will be responsible for leading and scaling operations within a high-growth B2B SaaS business and will focus on building a high-performance operating model that supports sustainable growth, operational excellence, and strong organisational culture. You will oversee key business functions including Finance, People, Legal, Customer Support, and Program Delivery, ensuring the company operates efficiently, compliantly, and with consistent execution quality.Key ResponsibilitiesLead overall business operations and ensure alignment with company strategy and growth objectivescontinuously improve the company’s operating systems, ensuring structured, consistent, and effective execution across all functionsBuild and maintain strong operating rhythms that improve delivery, accountability, and organisational reliabilityOptimise Customer Support to deliver consistently high-quality, scalable service outcomesDrive operational excellence by streamlining workflows, reducing friction, and improving execution speed and clarityDevelop and scale an operating model that supports rapid growth without compromising quality or cultureOversee Finance, People, Legal, Support, and Program Delivery functionsEnsure the organisation operates in a secure, compliant, and well-governed mannerImplement scalable systems, processes, and governance frameworks to support expansionThe person:Proven experience scaling a B2B SaaS business in a senior operational leadership role is essentialStrong track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-growth environmentsExperience building and optimising customer support and operational delivery functionsDemonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and drive organisational alignmentExperience supporting audits, compliance, or InfoSec certificationsStrong commercial acumenExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsSalary is open to negotiation with additional package on offer.
