Customer Service Manager
Based in the Lisburn area, my client is a leading manufacturing company who are market leaders in their field and who have the lowest turnover of staff that I have come across. They rarely recruit due to their excellent work environment, and they are seeking to recruit a Customer Service Manager. A background working as a Call Centre Manager or similar is a particularly good fit for this position.
On offer is a salary of £45,000 - £55,000, market leading holidays, pension, life assurance and an early finish every Friday. My client is offering a secure, well paid and exciting job for the rest of your career. It is important to note that they do not work overtime, and you will leave for home promptly on a daily basis.
Role – Customer Service Manager
Leading, coaching, and motivating the team through clear objectives, structured planning, and performance management.
Allocating workflow effectively and managing daily task prioritisation.
Managing attendance, timekeeping, and conduct fairly and consistently in line with company policy.
Addressing performance issues constructively and working in partnership with HR and the Operations Manager when required.
Managing customer relationships in line with agreed service levels, contractual obligations, pricing, lead times, and product specifications.
Managing complaints in line with company procedure, ensuring root cause analysis and preventative actions are documented and implemented.

Previous proven experience within a role as a Customer Service Manager or similar
Proven ability of leading and developing a high-performing Customer Service Team
