This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess strong problem-solving skills and excellent customer service abilities. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers via phone, email or chat support.
* Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with storage systems
* Collaborate with internal teams to identify solutions and implement fixes
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology. Additionally, relevant work experience of at least one year would be highly advantageous.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology
2. At least 12 months of experience in technical support roles preferably within IT sector
