As Guest Relations Manager, you will be the face of our St. Helen`s hotel's hospitality, ensuring every guest receives personalized attention from arrival to departure. You'll lead the guest relations team and collaborate with all departments to deliver seamless, bespoke experiences that reflect the highest standards of luxury.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and engage with VIP and regular guests, ensuring a warm and memorable experience
* Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues with professionalism and discretion
* Coordinate special requests, celebrations, and surprise-and-delight moments
* Liaise with front office, housekeeping, F&B, and concierge teams for flawless service
* Continuously seek ways to enhance the guest journey and exceed expectations
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in luxury hospitality or guest relations
* Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
* A warm, confident, and polished demeanor
* Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
