Operational Excellence Engineer Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across the site through multifunctional collaboration, delivering high-impact and sustainable business results.
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintaining and continuously improving elements of the sites Operational Excellence program including Manufacturing Operating System (MOS) Tier Reviews, Sitewide 6 S Program, and weekly Problem-Solving RCA Hub.
* Promote and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the site.
* Assist in identifying continuous improvement and efficiency opportunities across all direct manufacturing and support functions.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in a Manufacturing/ Engineering/ Science or Quality discipline. They will also require 2 years relevant experience in an equivalent role, preferably in a Op Ex, Continuous Improvement or Manufacturing environment with experience in delivering continuous improvement. Lean Six Sigma or other Process Improvement methodologies experience is also advantageous.
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point are required, as well as experience with digital tools such as Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps.
