Senior Consultant, Employee Relations
The role of a senior consultant in employee relations involves providing expert advice and support to resolve complex issues. As a key member of the HR team, you will work closely with business partners and line managers to address grievances, disciplinary matters, performance issues, and absence.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks associated with employee relations.
* Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
* Investigate employee complaints and provide recommendations for resolution.
* Support the development and implementation of ER policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload of complex ER cases, ensuring accurate documentation and risk mitigation.
* Partner with HR Business Partners and line managers to resolve complex employee issues.
* Ensure compliance with UK and Irish employment legislation and internal policies.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders on employee relations and conducted related matters.
* Facilitate employee relations investigations and provide advice and support to investigating and hearing managers.
Requirements:
* Proven experience working at a senior level in a fast-paced ER function.
* Strong knowledge of UK and Irish Employment Law.
* Previous TUPE experience.
* Proven success in collaborating and negotiating with consultation bodies.
