Senior CRM Executive Location: Hybrid (Dublin) Type: Permanent Salary: € A leading consumer-focused organisation is seeking a Senior CRM Executive to take full ownership of end-to-end email and SMS campaign delivery.
Reporting to the CRM Manager, you'll plan, build, execute and optimise campaigns that drive engagement, conversion and new business.
This is a hands-on role ideal for a CRM specialist ready to step up and own the full lifecycle of their campaigns.
Responsibilities Plan, create and deliver CRM campaigns across email and SMS.
Write copy, build workflows, configure automations and segment audiences.
Collaborate with design to produce on-brand creative assets.
Run structured A/B testing and optimise journeys based on insights.
Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
Analyse results, track KPIs and present insights to stakeholders.
Work closely with Brand, Sales, Data and IT to align CRM with business goals.
Represent CRM in cross-functional projects and deliver high-quality campaigns.
Requirements 2+ years' CRM experience with hands-on campaign ownership.
Strong skills in copywriting, segmentation, automations and reporting.
Experience with Xtremepush or similar CRM platforms preferred.
Ability to interpret dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) and extract insights.
Strong understanding of customer journeys and data-driven marketing.
Highly organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple campaigns.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, commercial mindset.
