Environmental Management Role
We are seeking a seasoned Environmental Manager to spearhead the development and implementation of our environmental management systems. This key role ensures compliance with all relevant environmental legislation and standards.
* Lead the advancement of environmental best practices, sustainability initiatives, and drive measurable improvements across operational sites.
* Develop, manage, and maintain environmental policies, procedures, and systems in line with ISO 14001 and legal requirements.
* Guarantee full environmental compliance across sites, preparing for, leading, and supporting site audits and inspections.
* Stay up-to-date on current and impending environmental legislation, recommending actions to ensure ongoing compliance.
* Oversee the implementation and monitoring of permits, licenses, and consents required for company operations.
* Drive the company's sustainability agenda, collaborating with cross-functional teams to reduce environmental impact.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* In-depth knowledge of environmental legislation, ISO 14001, and sustainability best practices.
* Strong project management and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements.
