Opening new files and maintaining existing. Drafting documentation using PowerPoint and MS Word. Manage client relationships and taking telephone messages. General admin support, including archiving. Liaising with Solicitors on daily basis, supporting when needed. Digital Dictation. Accurately managing soft and hard copy filing as well as updating the document management system. Assist the team with project requirements and other ad-hoc admin. Skills and experience: An advanced working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook. Highly organized individual with exceptional attention to detail. Strong diary and event management experience. Ability to maintain confidentiality both internally and externally.
