Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Care Worker located in Newbridge. Qualifications

* Ability to empathize and adapt to the needs of individuals, promoting dignity and independence
* Knowledge of care plan development, risk assessment, and relevant regulatory standards
* Teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other professionals
* Relevant qualifications in social care, health care, or a related discipline
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
* First aid training and certifications are advantageous
* A valid driver's license and access to a car.
