We are currently recruiting for an experienced General Manager for our client, an established restaurant based in Dublin City Centre. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, budgeting, inventory, and customer service. Lead, train, and mentor a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure a high level of service. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve operational efficiency, and maximise profitability. Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety. Foster a positive and engaging work environment, promoting teamwork and motivation. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Assist with hiring, scheduling, and performance management of staff. Monitor and manage restaurant financials, including budgets, payroll, and inventory control. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, hospitality or corporate catering Proven leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating a team. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L management, and cost control. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
