The Role As Project Manager, you will take ownership of large-scale city-centre developments, leading delivery from pre-construction through to completion.
Lead high-performing project teams on major builds Take full control of programme, budget, and project delivery Drive site performance, quality, and safety standards Manage client, consultant, and stakeholder relationships Oversee procurement, commercial performance, and reporting Ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to spec The Person Proven Project Manager experience on large building projects Background in high-rise residential or commercial construction Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making ability Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and programmes Ambitious and motivated to deliver high-profile projects The Package €90k - €110k base salary Company car Performance-related bonus Pension 26 days annual leave The Location: Dublin.
