Senior Business Process Director
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Process Director to lead our Clinical Solutions Data Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, delivering and managing end-to-end business processes, leveraging matrixed environments of data, technology and global teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for project management, leadership and communication, adapting to unforeseen changes and making timely decisions to limit disruption. They will also balance scope, schedule and budget while delivering quality.
We are looking for a curious, critical thinking and initiative-taking individual who is proactive in taking accountability for business process management and quality, including issue management and conflict resolution.
