This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator or HRIS professional seeking a rewarding role focused on systems administration, data integrity, and service improvement.
Position: HR Advisor - Systems Rate: £16.37 per hour Location: Antrim Contract: Full-time, 6 Months temporary Hours: 37 hours per week About the Role This role will sit within a forward-thinking HR Systems and Analytics team, supporting core HR systems and reporting functions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining HR data integrity, supporting system functionality and security, and generating reports for internal stakeholders.
You will also contribute to projects aimed at improving HR processes through automation and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities Maintain and administer HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with GDPR.
Support the delivery of routine and ad-hoc reports using HRIS and Time Management Systems.
Provide first-line support and training to system users across departments.
Liaise with IT and external vendors to resolve system issues.
Manage administrative tasks including Freedom of Information requests, contract review logistics, and agency rate maintenance.
Assist with systems-related HR projects and process improvements.
Ideal Candidate Profile Essential Criteria: 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C) including English and Maths (or equivalent).
OR 4+ years of relevant administrative experience in lieu of formal qualifications.
2 years' experience in an administrative role with responsibilities for data entry, reporting, and handling enquiries.
Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS platforms.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer service.
Desirable: Experience working in a local authority or large public sector organisation.
Previous involvement in HR process improvement or HR systems training.
Hold a current driving licence or access to transport (for travel between sites when required).
