We are looking for an Accounts Assistant with book keeping and HR experience. Candidates will need to have a can do attitude and be comfortable working off their own initiative as well as within a team.
Key Responsibilities
* Debtors ledger maintenance
* Responding to all internal and external queries in a timely manner
* Raise and send revenue invoices and statements
* Liaising with family members / staff via telephone and email
* Keep management informed of potential debtor issues
* Managing clocking system
* Ensuring that rosters are up to date.
* any other ad hoc duties relevant to your skills/qualifications that may be assigned to you by your manager
* Management of training
* the successful candidate will also be highly computer literate with the ability to use multiple software systems. Full training will be provided.
Essential Requirements
* Experience in an accounts role
* Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
* Proficiency with Sage
* Good communication skills
* Ability to meet deadlines and targets
* Self-motivated individual with drive, enthusiasm and commitment
* Excellent organisational, analytical and time management skills
* Payroll experience.
* Maintaining staff training records
* Maintaining Employment records
Education:
* Advanced/Higher Certificate
Experience:
* Finance or business: 2 years
Language:
* fluent English written and spoken
HOURS – 20 HOURS PER WEEK
ROP €16 P/H
