Business Development Sales Professional
This is a challenging sales role that will see you supporting business growth across planned preventative maintenance, service repairs and spare parts. The ideal candidate will have experience in generating new sales opportunities through telemarketing, email campaigns and web enquiries.
1. Sales & Business Development: Generate new sales opportunities via telemarketing, email campaigns and web enquiries
2. Key Responsibilities: Identify opportunities with existing and lapsed customers using CRM reporting Liaise with project teams to propose PPM contracts following completed installations Follow up quotations professionally with customers and internal teams Maintain accurate CRM records (Simpro)
3. Commercial Administration: Prepare accurate and detailed customer quotations Record and manage opportunity costings Follow order-winning procedures to ensure effective handover to operations Maintain sales reporting in line with management requirements Ensure purchase orders are received for all secured work Provide regular order progress updates Support finance with customer queries and cash collection Schedule and attend key account review meetings
4. Customer Care: Conduct monthly Customer Satisfaction Interviews (CSIs) Compile CSI results for management review Escalate an track customer complaints to resolution
