Project Cost Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage comprehensive project cost plans and forecasts.
* Report on project financial performance to stakeholders, providing actionable insights for improvement.
* Deliver accurate and timely monthly CVR and accrual reports, ensuring transparency in project finances.
* Conduct thorough analysis of preliminary costs, identifying areas for optimization and recommending process improvements.
* Review and approve outgoing payments to subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
Essential Requirements:
* Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
* At least 7+ years of experience working as a quantity surveyor in residential projects.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively in an Irish context.
