Recruitment Consulting
role, and a
Business Development
role (with clear progression into Account Management).
We don't require any previous experience in sales. If you've had success in hospitality (demonstrated through long tenures, promotions, and progression), this could be a great career opportunity for you, as we've seen

Compensation:
* Year 1
: Average total compensation is
€45k+,
with high performers reaching
€65k+.
* Year 2:
Average total compensation increases to
€66k+,

Who we look for:
* 1-5 years in customer-facing hospitality roles (for example Guest Services, Front Desk, Supervisor, Floor Manager…) with at least one promotion
* Confident communicator comfortable with high call volumes and fast-paced environments
* Proactive, ambitious, and ready to build a long-term career in a structured corporate setting
