Job Title: Project Lead

About the Role
* The successful candidate will be responsible for leading daily briefings, ensuring the project team delivers the project within client time and budget targets.
* Maintain a focus on health & safety protocols and quality.
* Experience of working to demanding schedules and a successful track record of delivering quality finishes and managing all trade team and site logistics is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* A high level of communication, organisation and the ability to uphold a high standard of work throughout the project is required.
* A background in joinery trade is ideal, but experience of overseeing all internal site trades is essential.
* Suitable experience as a Project Manager working on internal fit-out projects and a valid CSR Site Supervisor Card, CSCS, or SMSTS training certificate are required.
