Job Description
The Executive Director provides key leadership in negotiations with broadcasters, funders, producers, and streamers to secure better pay conditions for members. This includes lobbying policymakers at national level.
Key Responsibilities:
* Set strategy in partnership with stakeholders.
* Advocate on behalf of directors internationally.
* Build alliances with cultural institutions, film industry partners & representative bodies worldwide.
Required Skills And Qualifications
The ideal candidate has at least five years experience working in government affairs or labour relations. A bachelor's degree is necessary while a master's degree or law qualification would be beneficial.
