Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns and direct sourcing activities. Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, and agency relationships. Track recruitment activity and provide clear updates to stakeholders. Provide generalist HR support across the full employee lifecycle, including performance management, engagement, and compliance with Irish employment legislation. Support employee relations matters in a unionised manufacturing environment, working constructively with trade union representatives and line management. What Skills You Need Educational Background: Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or related discipline. HR Generalist Experience: Proven experience as an HR Generalist with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition. Industry Experience: Background in unionised environments, ideally within food manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial settings. Recruitment Expertise: Experience delivering high-volume and project-based recruitment. Knowledge of Legislation: Strong working knowledge of Irish employment legislation and collective agreements.
