Senior Leadership Position
We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified individual to take on a senior leadership role, providing leadership and management to a disability service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the service's continued success.
* Lead and manage a team of staff, ensuring high standards of care and support.
* Collaborate with other services and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of care.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Level 7 qualification on the QQI Framework in Social Care Studies, Social Care Management or equivalent relevant qualification in Health or Social Care. Post graduate qualifications in Social Care Management or Management Qualification are also desirable. At least 3 years of senior management experience and 5 years experience in the health/social care or voluntary sector are essential.
