Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced site manager to oversee the management of a new healthcare build project.
Key Responsibilities:
* Full management of daily site operations, including relevant documentation
* Coordination of site team and sub-contractors
* Ensure projects follow schedules and programmes
* Ensure compliance with contractual commitments
* Monitor work in accordance with company standards
* Oversee health and safety on site, implementing safety procedures
Requirements:
* 5 years' experience managing construction sites end-to-end
* RC frame and fit-out experience is essential
* Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
