We are seeking an experienced Bar Assistant/Manager to oversee our bar operations based in Co. Limerick.
Duties:
Inventory Management
* Managing bar inventory, including ordering, deliveries and stocking.
* Conducting regular inventory counts
* Working with suppliers and vendors to maintain stock
Bar Operations
* Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar, including opening and closing procedures.
* Ensuring the bar is clean, organized, and meets health and safety standards.
* Creating and managing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
Other Duties
* Managing Onsite Accommodation
* Function Room Bookings
* Social Media
Requirements
* Must have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role with a strong knowledge of bar operations.
* Flexibility with working hours and weekend availability
* Salary based on experience and incentivized based on performance for the ideal candidate.
* Working Hours negotiable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €30,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
