We are currently recruiting a Warehouse Line Manager to support the supervision of our order assembly team on the line at Glanmore Foods.To be successful in this role, you will ensure all steps in the process are completed correctly and on time, while also maintaining high quality standards throughout.This is a full-time, permanent role, working Sunday to Thursday, and will only be required in line with the academic calendar.Your key responsibilities will include:Support the order picking process to ensure that it is running smoothly and efficiently.Supervise and support the workflow of employees on the order picking line by ensuring that work is completed efficiently and effectively.Monitor production processes to identify bottlenecks, minimize downtime, and optimize efficiency.Support with the employee training programs to ensure that all employees are properly trained on the job before they begin work.Scheduling and coordinating the activities of workers on the order assembly line.Overseeing stock rotation, stock quality and minimise wastage.Our ideal Warehouse Line Manager will:3 Years experience/knowledge in food order assembly with a full understanding of HACCPMinimum of 2 years of people management & staff supervision experienceAt Compass Ireland, our people are our business.
