Key Responsibilities:
1. Process weekly payroll for 75 employees
2. Maintain accurate records and ensure GDPR compliance
3. Submit timely returns to Revenue, CSO, and other relevant bodies
4. Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing
5. Monitor KPIs, production output, and stock levels
6. Prepare reports and shipping documentation
7. Handle general office duties: data entry, purchase orders, reception, and phone support
8. Support ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Candidate Requirements:
9. Minimum 2 years' experience in payroll processing for 75 employees
10. Degree in Business or a related field
11. Excellent communication and organisational skills
12. High level of accuracy and attention to detail
13. Strong analytical and commercial acumen
14. Proficient in Excel and general IT systems
15. Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a busy environment
16. Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
