The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our bars, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and delivering a high standard of service consistently.
* Assist the Bar Manager in overseeing food and beverage operations, including supervising bar staff and managing team performance.
* Schedule, roster, and manage stock levels to ensure seamless operations.
* Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations while handling guest queries and resolving service-related issues efficiently.
Requirements
