This is a fast-paced, hands-on role suited to someone who is comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, thinking strategically, and executing campaigns to a high standard. Industry experience is essential, along with the ability to adapt quickly across different brands, sectors, and marketing challenges.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
* Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including social media, email, paid advertising, and content marketing
* Manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
* Create, oversee, and review marketing content aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines
* Analyse campaign performance and provide insights, reporting, and recommendations
* Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver results-driven campaigns
* Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
* Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within an agency or multi-client environment
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and campaign execution
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication, organisational, and client-management skills
* Strategic mindset with a strong eye for detail and execution
* Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
Desirable
