Who You Are
We're looking for a
Production Systems Manager
to drive continuous improvement and elevate our operations to the next level.
If you're passionate about Lean, Six Sigma, and delivering measurable results, this is your opportunity to lead change in a fast-moving production environment.
You're a natural problem solver and motivator who:
Has 3+ years' job related experience with a proven track record in Lean and Six Sigma implementation.
Accredited Six Sigma certifications.
Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to all levels of leadership.
A proven track record of managing and leading large, complex projects.
The Role
Lead efficiency, waste reduction, and cost-optimisation projects.
Develop and track KPIs for performance, quality, and safety.
Work with cross-functional teams to implement Lean and Six Sigma improvements.
Drive change management and foster a culture of operational excellence.
Coach and support teams on Lean tools and CI initiatives.
Boost equipment performance through process and reliability improvements.
