Applications are invited for a temporary post of a Post-doctoral Research Fellow Level 1 within UCD School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
The successful candidate will evaluate the performance (in terms of phase noise, jitter and spurs) of a novel divider controller for use in fractional-N frequency synthesizers. He/she will publish the results and protect related intellectual property and may be required to spend time with collaborators outside UCD. The role will involve background research, theory, modelling, simulation, experiment design, electrical measurements, critical analysis, and technical writing.
Post Doctoral Level 1 Salary: €45,847 - €52,339 per annum
Appointment on the above range will be dependent upon qualifications and experience.
