Our client is an ambitious, growth-focused Irish organisation that is investing heavily in expansion and is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to develop new opportunities and strengthen its presence across the Munster region.
This is a highly visible role offering significant autonomy, strong earning potential and the opportunity to make a real impact on the growth of a well-established business.
The Opportunity
This is not an account management role.
We are looking for someone who enjoys prospecting, networking, opening doors and building long-term commercial relationships.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing a strong pipeline, engaging with key decision-makers and converting opportunities into revenue.
Success in this role will come from your ability to build trust, develop relationships and consistently generate new business across the Munster market.
