We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Support Specialist to provide administrative and secretarial assistance to our busy property team.
About the Role:
* Providing technical support to solicitors within the conveyancing department
* Managing correspondence, preparing legal documents, and handling client inquiries
* Typing up contracts, leases, and other documents using digital dictation software
* Maintaining accurate files and case management systems
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and Land Registry
Key Responsibilities:
* Previous experience in a conveyancing or legal secretarial role is essential
* Strong typing skills and experience with digital dictation software
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
* Proficient in MS Office and case management systems
