Governance and Executive Support Role
As a key member of our organization, you will provide high-level support to senior leaders in the areas of governance and executive support.
* Governance:
o Support the development of rules for membership management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
o Monitor adherence to professional development standards and manage audits to maintain organizational excellence.
o Administer disciplinary or complaints procedures to foster a positive work environment.
o Manage updates to statutory registers and filings with relevant authorities, promoting transparency and accountability.
o Contribute to the creation, review, and implementation of internal policies, such as data protection and health and safety protocols.
* Executive Support:
o Organize and prepare agendas and papers for key committees, facilitating informed decision-making.
o Take minutes, draft resolutions, and follow up on actions from meetings to ensure seamless execution.
o Support the delivery of strategic priorities set by the council and senior management, driving business success.
o Assist in preparing papers for and coordinating annual general meetings, enhancing stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience providing support to senior leaders is essential, demonstrating expertise in governance and executive support.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills are required, including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
* Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines, working effectively under pressure.
* Client-focused approach with a proven track record of managing stakeholder relationships, building trust and rapport.
* Full working authorization in Ireland is required, without sponsorship offered.
