Job Summary:
This role involves working as a key member of the payroll team, processing end-to-end weekly payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
Main Responsibilities:
* Process payroll from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Create and maintain employee payroll records, including any necessary documentation.
* Prepare and submit payroll information to ROS, meeting deadlines.
* Generate weekly reports for departments and the accounts team, providing valuable insights.
* Provide support to employees and managers regarding payroll queries, maintaining confidentiality.
* Liaise with the HR department regarding employee changes, including new starters, transfers, or leavers.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in payroll administration.
* IPASS certification and excellent knowledge of Irish payroll regulations.
* Familiarity with payroll software, such as TMS and Europay, Sage Micropay or similar.
* Experience with ROS and EFT processes, including data entry and submission.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook.
* Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
