Wedding Coordinator Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Wedding Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing weddings from start to finish.
About the Role:
* Meet with couples to understand their vision, preferences, and budget requirements.
* Create and manage wedding budgets and timelines.
* Source and recommend trusted vendors (venues, florists, photographers, caterers, etc.).
* Coordinate design elements including themes, décor, floral arrangements, and layouts.
* Manage guest lists, RSVPs, seating charts, and logistics.
* Organize and oversee rehearsals and ceremony run-throughs.
* Supervise setup, execution, and breakdown of the event.
* Troubleshoot any issues on the wedding day to ensure a smooth experience.
* Provide guidance on etiquette, traditions, and legal requirements.
Requirements:
* Flexible schedule, including weekends.
* Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or Event Coordinator.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems quickly.
