Job Summary
The Tyre Fitter will be flexible in all types of tyre fitting to motor vehicles, performing tasks such as replacing wipers, batteries, bulbs, and more. Tyre fitters should be prepared to be trained for fast‑fit car maintenance, service, and repairs.
Responsibilities
Identify types of tyres and fit tyres on motor vehicles
Carry out tasks on motor vehicles with mechanical aptitude
Undertake training for car service and fast‑fit maintenance
Record all relevant details and complete records
Adhere to all task/tyre fitting guidelines
Communicate effectively and work well as part of a team
Maintain a clean and neat workspace and follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
Driving licence essential
Starter tool kit
Knowledge of iPads an advantage
