Design Build Search is on the look out for a talentedSenior Site Manager with 8 years' of experience in residential construction. Our client is a fast growing Developer Builder based in North Dublin. In this key role, you will play a vital part within the company, overseeing daily site operations and ensuring prestigious projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest industry quality standards This role will include a competitive base salary, along with a company vehicle. Responsibilities: Lead all subcontractors and labourers on site on a daily basis, to ensure top-quality craftsmanship. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and conservation specialists to deliver on time and to the highest standards. Oversee site operations: supervise subcontractors and site workers, guiding them through restoration and prestigious residential projects with strict timelines. Ensure workmanship and material standards are achieved in accordance with specifications, building regulations, health and safety legislation Solve on-site challenges efficiently, preserving the integrity of historic buildings. Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, ensuring smooth project execution. Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest possible standard Prepare and deliver detailed fortnightly progress reports for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals. Manage and oversee all site programmes, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Requirements: Minimum of 8 years experience as a Site Manager Proven track record of managing high end residential aspects of multiple projects simultaneously, from inception to completion. Good knowledge of modern construction techniques with an excellent eye for detail. Ability to meet tight programmes by organising, planning, and delegating effectively.
