This is a key role within the organization that oversees financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Director of Finance with strategic planning and forecasting to drive business growth.
* Lead the annual budget process, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and effective resource allocation.
* Identify and capitalize on potential funding streams for projects and initiatives.
* Maintain compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, tax laws, and internal controls.
* Oversee financial systems and reporting to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and audit readiness.
* Provide leadership and support to staff across finance, HR, and client services functions.
Requirements:
* Relevant professional accountancy qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CIPFA).
* Minimum 4 years' experience in financial or management accounting.
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and computerized accounting/HR systems.
* Proven leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to motivate and manage staff in a dynamic environment.
