Principal Manufacturing Engineer
The Principal Manufacturing Engineer plays a pivotal role in leading technical delivery of Manufacturing Engineering activities within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead technical delivery of Manufacturing Engineering activities, ensuring successful completion and coordination of projects to meet company goals.
* Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations, driving world-class manufacturing performance and operating cost-effectively.
* Identify areas for improvement and drive project delivery to achieve continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers to plan and execute project activities, meeting production performance requirements.
Requirements:
* Technical leadership experience in manufacturing and process development within a regulated environment (e.g., medical devices).
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or related specialty.
* Proven track record in driving innovative solutions to complex problems, with expertise in DFM, technology evaluation, and design for six sigma principles.
* Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
