Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Project Management Leader to play a key role in the development of an effective Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) function and its associated structures, systems, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Understand business objectives and align project goals accordingly
">
* Work closely with the team to design and deliver strategic projects that meet key business initiatives
">
* Develop and manage status reports for relevant programs to ensure transparency and accountability
">
* Represent interfaces across the organization and with external stakeholders to foster collaboration and relationships
">
* Manage risks and issues across the programme, mitigating or escalating as necessary
">
* Collaborate with members of the Clinical Groups, Executive Team, Clinical Leads, Commercial Leads, and National Leads to drive project success
">
* Define benefits and track benefits realisation to ensure programmatic approach is aligned with business objectives
">
* Enable teams to effectively contribute to the plan and deliver on its objectives through strong leadership and guidance

Required Experience:

* 5+ years of experience in project management with a focus on enterprise-level projects
">
* Database/analytics background with expertise in cloud technologies
">
* Design and implementation of data warehouses, reporting, and analytics solutions
">
* Experience in project delivery in a clinical/Healthcare setting is highly desirable
