Creating tailored financial plans that align with their personal and business goals. Keeping ahead of market trends and industry changes to provide up-to-date, strategic advice. Building long-term relationships and providing ongoing support as their financial needs evolve. What You Bring to the Table 5+ years of experience in financial advising, with a strong background in pension, investment, or protection products in the Irish market. QFA qualification required, additional qualifications a bonus. A passion for working with business owners and a knack for making complex financial concepts easy to understand. A results-driven mindset, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to top-tier client service.
