**Cost Control Specialist**
We are seeking an experienced Cost Control Specialist to join our expanding team in Tipperary. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the financial and contractual management of our engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide accurate budget forecasts and advise on cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
* Monitor project expenditure, variations, and value engineering opportunities to maximise cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
* Carry out commercial reviews of tenders prior to submission for engineering projects.
* Prepare and administer contract documentation in line with project requirements.
* Support Project Owners in evaluating supplier and subcontractor quotations, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar.
* 5 - 10 years experience in a Quantity Surveyor role or similar, ideally within a similar industry.
* Strong knowledge of contract frameworks (e.g. NEC, FIDIC or equivalent).
* Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, Project cost management tools.
