Requirements: Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI). Experience in a management role within elderly care settings Post-registration qualification in Health management or related field. Right to work in Ireland. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills, with a strong commitment to staff development and empowerment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver and maintain the highest standards of nursing and social care, tailored to the individual needs of each resident. Oversee clinical governance processes, including assessments and care planning, to ensure positive quality outcomes. Lead, support, and mentor CNMs, nurses, and care assistants, fostering teamwork, continuous learning, and excellence in care delivery. Manage and supervise medication processes, carry out regular audits, and collaborate closely with GPs and pharmacists to ensure compliance and best practice standards. Assist the Director of Nursing in upholding exceptional clinical, environmental, and hygiene standards throughout the home.
