We are a leading provider of quality hardware and plant hire services, offering everything from tool hire to heavy machinery. With a strong reputation for reliability and excellent customer service we are looking for an experienced and dedicated mechanic to join our team and help maintain and repair our large fleet of plant hire and equipment along with our fleet of trucks.
Key responsibilities:
* Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on a variety of plant machinery, vehicles and power tool.
* Carry out repairs on equipment including digger, dumper, hoists, forklifts and more.
* Ensure all work is carried out safe and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
* Assist with the ordering of parts and equipment for repairs.
* Provide support and advice to customers when necessary.
