Project Overview
We are inviting applications for a senior project management role to oversee the delivery, administration, and operational oversight of an established portfolio of public private partnership (PPP) projects across Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead PPP projects through all stages - design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations.
* Oversee contract management and performance throughout the 25-year operational phase of PPP agreements.
* Manage project teams and external consultants to deliver technical, design, and project management services to the highest standards.
* Conduct lifecycle assessments and service performance audits in partnership with stakeholders.
* Coordinate stakeholder engagement across project teams and facilities operations.
* Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects.
* Ensure compliance with public sector and statutory regulations.
* Support the development of strategic frameworks and project governance systems.
Requirements
