Morgan McKinley are delighted to partner with a leading cloud software provider to recruit a Sales Manager based in Cork. We are seeking an experienced sales professional with 5+ years' experience selling SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software solutions into regulated manufacturing environments, particularly within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or life sciences sectors. In this role, you will drive new business growth and develop existing accounts across Ireland, the UK, Europe, and the US. You'll manage complex enterprise sales cycles, build relationships with senior stakeholders, and act as a trusted advisor to customers embarking on digital transformation projects. Key Responsibilities: Drive new business development while growing existing customer accounts. Build relationships with C-suite, senior leadership and technical stakeholders. Manage complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through to negotiation and close. Deliver a consultative sales approach, understanding customer challenges and aligning software solutions to their needs. Work closely with technical and customer success teams to support demonstrations, proposals and proof-of-concepts. Maintain awareness of regulatory and compliance requirements within regulated industries. Requirements: 5+ years' experience in B2B software, SaaS or cloud technology sales. Proven success selling into pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device or other regulated manufacturing sectors. Experience managing long sales cycles and achieving revenue targets. Understanding of asset management, calibration, CMMS, ERP, SAP or similar enterprise technologies would be advantageous. Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Location: Cork (office-based) Travel: Approximately 25-50%, including occasional travel across the UK, Europe and the US.
